Weep with those who weep

15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.  Romans 12:15

As the body of Christ all of us are at different stages and places in our relationship with God.  We are called to rejoice with those who rejoice.  There are some who currently find themselves on the mountain top and it seems that everything in their lives is flowing smoothly.  Doors are opening and the blessings are pouring in.

But we are also called to weep with those who weep.  There are those in the body of Christ who find themselves in very difficult circumstances.  It seems that they are challenged every moment of every day.  Their character is continually being refined and they cry out to God asking when this season shall pass.

We are called to pray for one another and encourage one another.  It is important to realize that we are all at different places in our walk with Christ.  We need to be sensitive to those who are suffering and rejoice for those who have had doors opened.  Let us encourage one another daily and do all things in love.  All of us together make up the body of Christ.  Every part is important.
