Isaiah 25:1: I will exalt You

O Lord, You are my God. I will exalt You, I will praise Your name, For You have done wonderful things; Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

Isaiah 25:1 NKJV

We are saved by  the grace and mercy of God alone.  This should drive us on a daily basis to simply live in a relationship with God in which we continual worship and praise His holy name.  Through Jesus we have access to the throne of God and there is nothing that can separate us from His love.  No matter how many times we fall short His grace is sufficient for all things.  His grace does not give us a license to live in habitual sin, but His grace enables us to walk in perfect peace understanding that our relationship with God is not based upon our performance.  It is based upon what Jesus did at Calvary.

When we simply meditate upon the truth that everything we have from God is because of His grace and is simply a gift, there is nothing to be discouraged about.  Everything we have is a gift and we are called to simply rest in the finished work of Jesus.  When our hearts are fixed upon Him we will walk in perfect peace.
