Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
At the name of Jesus every knew shall bow. We live in a world that becomes darker by the day and the hearts of man become darker. The apostle Paul wrote of a great falling away before the return of the Lord. We see this before us as many are abandoning truth for the desires of the flesh. But on the earth there is a remnant who has committed their hearts to the Lord. They diligently seek Him daily and their lives and hearts are being prepared for His return.
We cannot focus on the circumstances before us or the times around us. All that is happening before us is fulfilling biblical prophecy. Everything the Lord has written in His word will come to pass. Those who have rejected the truth of the gospel have had their hearts darkened and their hearts by the day become more desensitized to the things of darkness. When the anti-Christ steps on the scene their hearts will be prepared to receive them. Many of those who will follow the anti-Christ and fall for his deception are those now who hunger for a one world government.
We who are in Christ do not look to the coming of the anti-Christ, we look to the return of the Lord. He shall come like a thief in the night and at the last trumpet we shall go to see Him in the air. As believers in Jesus we need to simply abide in the Lord each day and stay diligent in the place of prayer and the study of God’s word. It is the Lord who will strengthen and carry us through this hour. Fear not at the things you see happening around you, keep your focus solely on Him.
